NORWEGIAN SPIRIT CRUISE

Norwegian Cruise Line recently announced some new deployments of ships for the Summer 2011-2012 season. For the first time in it's history, the cruise line will homeport year round in the Crescent City with NORWEGIAN SPIRIT, which is currently homeported there on a seasonal basis, and has been since winter 2007. The 2000 passenger ship departs New Orleans every Sunday with ports of call in Costa Maya Mexico, Belize City, Santo Tomas de Castilla, Guatemala, and Cozumel.

This was my first ever cruise and it was 100 % totally enjoyable in every possible way. Looking forward to my next cruise...
I posted a short, brief comment on 04-10-10 about how enjoyable my first ever cruise was. If possible I would like to go into more detail and add this also.
The Norwegian Spirit was a beautiful ship. Her crew was top-notch, always having smiles on their faces, a kind word and willing to help you in any way that they could. The food was excellent and all of the different choices made it even tougher to decide what or where to eat on a daily basis.
The Room Service was also very good and had quick response to your state room. The onboard activities would suit anybody's taste. Shopping, Casino Gaming, what ever you might be in the mood for they had it .
The nightly entertainment was truly professional and always enjoyable each night. The shore excursions were well worth their prices and the ports of call were totally breath taking and all so enjoyable in every way possible.
The last day of the cruise I suffered an Asthma Attack requiring a trip to the Medical Center twice for breathing treatments. I was treated in a very professional manner, was given personal care and shown great concern about my condition. The Ship's Physician and Nurse did a great job with me and for me. Very happy with my care I received.
As I said in my earlier breif statement my first cruise on the Norwegian Spirit was 100 % enjoyable, and I'm looking forward to my next cruise.
Fred, I'm so glad you enjoyed your cruise on NCL's SPIRIT. It was a pleasure spending that week with you and I hope that one day we can do it again. Next time, I'll have to bring the family mind you. I've got to get my review of this cruise up and posted. I really do appreciate your comment and you as a friend.
